Delivery
We will either, deliver your playground equipment via ourselves or courier, or install it ourselves, using fully trained, experienced fitters.
-Delivery Times are calculated at time of quote request and finalizing purchase due to items being made to order.
-Delvery Cost included in price of item for delivery to England and Wales
-Deliveries to outside of England & Wales to be calculated on request.
-Collections from our location are available and are to be discussed on quote request.
Returns
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights
We accept your items back within 14 days of the purchase date. We will not cover the postage unless the product is signed for as damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns requests must be done in writing to our email address sales@alloutplay.co.uk
There will be a re-stocking fee and a collection fee if there is nothing wrong with the product, and you would like to return it. Aborted or non deliveries will also be charged.
